MONSTERA RIFLE BABY CARRIER HOODIE COVER is made of Natural Blizzard fleece on the outside and is lined with Ivory Minky fleece all around - including the Oversized Removable Hood and Pocket for the wearer. Hoodie and Pocket are made of Monstera Canvas

Will fit over any Soft Structured Carrier. Just easily close Heavy Duty Sz 24 KAM snaps over the straps, tuck baby's legs inside, pull the adjustable Draw String to comfort level, and you are done!

The cover is sized to fit over an average 0-3yr

Gives wearer the freedom of using any coat/jacket they wish

Also can be used as a CAR SEAT COVER/BLANKET when the hood is removed for safety.

Please note that the Cover fit over my 40in 3.5yo in a Toddler Tula, so it runs pretty big.
