Box is factory sealed and unopened. The condition of the box is really store good and there are no noticeable scratches or dents! As for the SP pull rate or likelihood I am not sure whether all the hits from the case were pulled. I bought 3 boosters off ebay last year and opened two of them but was too scared to try my luck for the last lol.
