VTG Steiff Miniature Schnauzer Terrier Dog Tessie 9”/22cm 1950s-60s - Excellent Condition. Adorable Realistic Face! and the swivel head enables a variety of charming poses. The 22cm/9” size is the second largest of the 5 sizes of schnauzers that Steiff produced. She measures 9” from bottom of feet, to where neck meets body. 12” nose to end of tail/nub, and 12” from base to tips of ears. Based on my research this Tessie was produced between 1959 and 1967. She is missing her collar. The feet appear to be turned somewhat inward. It may be that the fabric has slightly shifted over the years? It's not that noticeable white store the fur covering and she stands on her own.
