Rare find! All delicate mesh. Over the head style ties on each side. Note, one tie strap on each side is attached by safety pins, easy fix ( store but not for me!) Ruffly front is attached in two layers. Light pink with a yellow ish accent up the front ( may be age related). Has not been laundered by me as it's very delicate.
