I am told the base is Royal Doulton Burslem but did not remove porcelain base to verify.

Gilded floral motif
One light socket
Finial is glass
27"H to the finial
13"H base (porcelain area)
22" circumference base
Brass base store stand
Other than a small scratch in the paint, lamp is in excellent condition (see gallery photo)

I do not know the history of this lamp and have described it to the best of my ability.
