* there is a small stain and a tear in the fabric near the bottom see picture, it could be removed with bleach or something heavier than the stain remover I used on delicate, but I will store leave that to the next owner. there is a few lose threads one on the shoulder, some from the NY logo and the 2 on the back from standard wear and tear. See pictures for full condition. The shoulders do not have a natural line to measure so it's about 19-20ish inches.
