The lights do turn on, so it's running, but the screen stays black. I don't want the head ache of trying to send it back to Ayaneo to get replacement. Still under warranty, but they take to long to respond. Once you receive the item you can try to factory reset it. Originally cost $900, this is like having a Desktop Pc in your hand. Please review what item is before purchasing. Item sits on table and hardly used. The fact that it is hit and miss when turning on is the reason I'm pricing so low.
