Rare Mattel 2006 Pixel Toys Apartment. Sold as is…. This is not perfect Does have a little static sound sometimes but it can probably be unscrewed and cleaned inside. Works and talks( took pictures) I don't know anything about these but I put batteries in and played with it for a while. I don't have the small people that sit in the bottom. This is a cute toy for its age and they are hard to come by. Comes from pet and smoke free store home. Does have a small crack in remote holder Will be wrapped and shipped with care.
