Early 1st edition of Where The Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak Harper & Row Publishers 1963 copyright. Picked up in estate sale and im told its an original early 1st edition if not earlier. This was the original publisher and was published before the Library of Congress number could be applied to the copyright store page. Front and back flap pages are blank with just the trees. Early edition came with no dusk jacket. General wear but in overall good shape for truly a vintage gem. Harper & Row is the publisher, not Harper Collins.
