Pokemon Monopoly. All pieces and rule book included. The only thing I'm unsure about is the money total, but it seems to all be there. All game pieces in great condition, especially the gameboard itself, though the money does smell a bit musty from being in storage. I had lost a 'hotel', but bought a replacement to make sure it was as complete as possible before posting it. :) The box is in good structural condition, but there is a few store scuffed edges on the top of the box.
