This is a used 2ds. It comes with old software on it. Non-updated. It used it to bypass newer store policies. Hence why it never got updated. It still can and I suggest it unless your goal is an old method of Pokemon creation. lol Plays all games. Does not have any issues. I'll even toss in a random game from my library for thus system.
