The Pink Conundrum is a hybrid twist pen which tantalises the senses. The pen featured in this listing is super special since it is crafted from a hybrid wood store and resin also made in my workshop. In this case the hybrid material is a combination of Red Mallee burl and a two tone pink and blue opalescent resin. Not only does the Pink Conundrum look stunning with its half wood half resin body but it also feels amazing to hold and to write with. The Pink Conundrum is similar to the Pink Cosmos featuring a knurled design on the end cap and above the nib. The Pink is matched with metal components plated with Antique Brass which is extremely durable and has a gorgeous aged appearance.
This is first of a range of pens in the Hybrid series which are skilfully crafted from a premium grade custom resin combined with beautiful wood.
Because of the natural variation in the way the colours are created in the resin and wood each pen is slightly different in colour and figure but they are all beautiful.
The pens are approximately 13 cm (5 inches) long and approximately 15mm (5/8 inch) diameter.
The pen is supplied with a Black Parker style refill featuring a Swiss made tungsten carbide ball, West German ink with a waxed tip.
