There are five natural beautiful green pear shape peridot stones that are all professionally prong set. There is a prong set round blue topaz in the center of the ring that are all surrounded by the pear shape peridot. There is one round pave set round diamond on top of each peridot and there is bead work that is diamond like on the sides of the diamonds.
