Overall this bag is in great shape and wasn't used a lot. It is very clean The problem is that a kid got a hold of an ink pen and got ink on the purse. I am scared to work on it with too much product because I don't store want to make it worse. This bag is a limited edition and carrying the purse you don't notice the ink unless you are close up. This would be an excellent project for someone and I know there is coach cleaner out there you can use. The bottom looks good and the straps are in excellent shape except for a little bit of ink. Super cute purse. Bundle and save. The ink is on the strap in on the back. Please make sure you review all the pictures prior to purchase.
