This figurine is store a foo dog dragon. I do not know for sure is this is porcelain. I do not know if it is real gold or if it is gold-tone. The bottom is marked 8" 400K. I do not know what year is was made to know if it is vintage for sure. Approximate Measurements: 8" x 6" x 4.5" The figurine is clean, but I do see two spots where there are chips on the ends of the decor - see photos. I think those are the only flaws, but with all the ornate details I could have missed something. The tassel has some frays.
