This classic head vase was made in several sizes. This 5 1/2" version is the smallest, and I think she is prettiest in this size. She is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or visible crazing. She has all of her "pearl" jewelry, although I do not know if it is original. She can be seen on page 85 of Michael Barron's Head Vases Value Guide, with a suggest (2006) value of $125.00.
