Totally Hair Barbie 1991. Mint in the box and in excellent condition. The box and packing is a little banged up but still sealed and everything inside store is intact. There is a black line across the barcode. The cardboard details on the side are lifting up a bit (best shown in 11th picture). The top corner of the box and plastic is banged up that's best shown in last picture.
