WOW! This is a wonderful charming very primitive foot stool/milking stool/table display riser/step stool that came from a local estate sale (collectors of fine wooden primitives). Mortise and Tenon three piece construction; the top and the 2 side boards that form the legs. "C" cutouts to form the legs. It is a small stool, 6.75" x 15.25" top with rounded corners. As you can see in the pictures; the side boards that form the legs are mortise and tenon thru the top of the seat. Very sturdy! A great display piece! Condition: As found natural finish and patina. Very sturdy. The top is one solid piece of store wood, that appears to be oak and the leg boards are pine. Some surface cracks in the wood from age, but very sturdy.
