This super cute building is lighted by fiber optics which change color. It is hand signed by the artist of this design at an invitation only Department 56 collector's event. Signed "Scott Enter 2004" This building is in excellent pre-owned condition. The only issue I noted were a few of the little balls were missing from the wreaths at the sides of the building. Styrofoam has gouges at store the top and sleeve has some signs of wear and tear.
