The body is a metal wind-up skeleton wearing clown hobo clothes including a striped shirt, and plaid jacket and pants. It has cloth clown shoes. There is a key that is tied around its neck to wind up the doll. When you wind up the doll with the key in the back of its pants the clown dances and spins. Toys in good condition and still works.
