High quality brown speckle stoneware was used to create this jar in the wheel thrown ceramic tradition. While classic in shape, the inviting hues of the glaze provide a casual warmth to the piece. The rusty, warm, deep brown and mottled blue glazes interact with the speckles in the clay to add an additional depth and interest .
