Original owner. Had always been in a protective case until I took a trip & kids store were for some reason allowed to take out. They dropped a couple of times which cracked the screen. Fully functional, aside from the screen everything works without any issues. iCloud is unlocked. It was originally purchased from Xfinity with the service but I turned it off and has just been used under Wi-Fi. I will factory reset before shipping. Kids have still played with it but I just got a new one. Get the screen fixed and it's good as new. No charger or box.
