Just has small crack on top corner and bottom corner (does not effect the phone at all) The crack that looks store like it's going across top of screen is the tempered glass that is on it not on the actual phone screen. Unlocked to be used with any carrier. Always been kept in a case with tempered glass on it. Upgraded so don't use it anymore. 16gb Silver.
