Will not activate. We are 2nd owner. Original owner had sold us this device which we sent off to a repair shop to get repaired. It came back with a different sn and a unable to activate issue. Device shows serial number is unlocked however doesn't match sn on the back. As is for parts or repair $139 Open store to offers We have proof of ownership on everything we sell. !!! :).
