Eye catching mushroom-shaped lamp that brings together all the characteristics of the "Pop Art" movement that began in the UK and USA in the 1960s:
• Plastic material
• Vibrant red color
• Imitation of famous designs from the early 20th century, made of affordable materials and mass-produced.
The lamp has a "tulip" base in red plastic and its half-sphere lampshade imitating a fungus is made of opaque white glass.
This stunning mushroom lamp was made by IXO in the early 70s. IXO was a brand of Industrias Quiel, S.A., a lighting company based in Valencia (Spain) famous for its designs.
Electrical wiring and European plug. In excellent working condition, but please note the age of the wiring.
