This phone has been fully tested - It dials out and rings in perfectly. The audio is crisp and clear. The handset has a built-in thumbwheel volume control for raising or lowering the audio. store The handset cord has absolutely no kinks. The line cord (that plugs into the jack) is in perfect shape.
