Tested and working, Costco Lighted Gingerbread house with snowy tree and 17 candy ornaments. Very good condition only spot to mention is a little snow has come off the tree so it's showing store a bit of black, but that's easily fixable with some white paint. This set is pretty large! It is about 18inches long and 12 inches wide! Very cute Holiday decoration.
