Adorable dress for any special occasion including flower girl, party, first communion or other event. I love making little girl dresses and this is a sample created from one of my favorite styles. Some lucky little girl will get a custom dress at a fraction of the normal cost. I am happy to take custom orders and colors, sizes, style can be adjusted. Actual cost will be determined by fabrics, size and/or style changes.
The dress bodice is created with a very soft blush silk shantung with pintuck front and finished with charcoal gray silk shantung piping around the neckline and arm holes. The skirt is white silk shantung with a scallop edge chantilly lace overlay. Then the charcoal gray silk belt with bow is added. The bodice is completely lined with the same silk shantung fabric and all skirt seams are finished professionally. The dress is finished with an invisible zipper in the back. The skirt is gathered enough that if you preferred it to be fuller, you could easily add a petticoat.
Finished measurements on the dress are:
Bust: 27.5"
Waist: 25.5"
Length from Waist to top of white shantung: 15"
Length from Waist to bottom of chantilly lace: 17"
Your childs measurements would need to be less depending on the store amount of ease you prefer. Typically that would be 1.5-2".
