Sae Arc's demonstrative videos are available on YouTube and are recommended before initial usage. Balls are not removal and fixed. Please download the Spine and Foot charts, to get better usage of this adjustable pillow. Use the top only for foot, for neck and other parts, use the height that's comfortable for your body.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
FOR NECK:
Place the device on the floor and rest the arc of your neck on the arc of the pillow. You may add a small towel for comfort. Gently massage the pressure points and breathe and work the muscles for 1-2 minutes. This motion will increase the blood flow to the brain and reduce the tension in the neck muscles.

FOR LOWER BACK:
Place the device to lower back area directly above your hips. Make sure to keep your body fully parallel to the floor and lay for approximately 1 minute for each session. This will help realign the spine back to its natural curve while extending and relieving any pressure points in the vertebral disks. When finished, gently roll over to the side.

FOR STOMACH:
Place the device on your stomach and lie down for intestinal exercise. You can put the wooden pillow on lower, middle, and lower stomach to increase and enhance your immune system and intestinal health. Gently breathe in and out through your nose to increase stimulation and circulation to the intestine areas.

FOR FOOT:
Using one food on top of the ball to stimulate the bottom of store the foot to massage the various pressure points in your feet. This exercise releases pressure and improves balance in your core. Refer to the reflexology foot diagram which is connected to the internal organs.
