A right hand Carnoustie Mashie (aka store #5 Iron) has the original hickory shaft and leather grip. There is a metal cap at the top of the grip which is what was used to keep the grip in place Unsure of actual date but my research brings me to believe this club was manufactured in the early 1900's. The club measures 36 1/2" in length.
