Made of Porcelain coated steel that has been specifically engineered in every way to give a superior store cooking experience and it has copper core sandwiched in between for even heat distribution . Burnt spots are a thing of the past with this luxury quality pan. It is such a beautiful pot, you can even serve out of it. There is some damage on one of the handles along with the area next to it and dents on the interior of the lid, but none of it impacts the cooking area of the pot.
