Listed here are a lot of 5 ocean and ocean side scenes from in and around Southern California and Catalina island, by local artist Albert Costas. In original vintage frames, with double mats. This artwork must have come from a smokers home, as I can detect the smell of cigarette. I have not done anything more then dust them. In doing a little research, there are a number of products available to eliminate cigarette odor. Most simple being a mixture of vinegar, “real lemon” juice in a bottle and water. Not store overpowering smell, but it does exist.
