use a Q-tip and a little rubbing alcohol to clean the surface of the earrings.

Returns or broken items:
We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If ever an item breaks we would be happy to replace the item if you send the broken pieces back to us for recycling in other pieces. We are trying to be eco friendly by not allowing excess waste from our products. Alternatively if you'd like to return the product please let us know and we will send you return packaging and will start the return process. Only when the item is received will the refund be completed.

Cancellations:
Our cancellations policy is within 2 days of the purchase. This means that if you'd like to cancel after that we will gladly begin the return and refund process if you reach out. Thus making it a quicker process. Only if your order has yet to be mailed will you not have to go through the returns process.
