Unlocked for all carriers. Everything works on the phone as it should besides the charging port. It can only be charged with a wireless charger.  No cracks on the front, but there is heavy scratching and the back is cracked along store with the camera lens cracked, but it does not affect the photos.  No Apple ID attached and it is ready to be set up..
