This hard to find 4 piece set is in excellent condition with no damage noted. This 4 piece set includes the Mansion, Accessory piece, tree and bag of leaves. Lights and sound were tested and work. **Please note the adapter for this piece is tan in color. I was only able to find one other that had been sold with this color, all the others were black. Additionally, it doesn't have a receptacle for the store ON/OFF switch nor does it have this switch like most other ones do. **.
