Stabilized Kingman turquoise stones set in serrated bezels. The store round medallion measures 1-1/4". Coin is a US dime for size comparison. Approx 5-1/8" with 1-1/8" opening. About a 6-1/4 to 6-1/2" wrist. Can be adjusted a little either way. MUCH nicer than my photos.
