This lovely textile is an antique French feather pillow cover made of heavy, denim ticking. This textile dates from the 1800's ~ the ticking is a heavy , indigo blue, twill weave cotton and linen blend ~ this pillow case has not been laundered, so there are still store feathers clinging to the inside!!!~ I can be turned inside out and laundered ! Some of my collectors enjoy seeing the textiles in as found condition, so I like to leave them sometimes! This is as found as they get! Feathers and all :))) Very very high quality fabric.
Measurements : This piece measures approximately 30 inches by 18 inches
