My son wears a 3t in Little Sleepies and George Hats, but store can comfortably wear a 4t (with a bit of an oversized top) in Posh Peanut, Lev Baby, and Little Bum Bums. In little sleepies 4t is too large in the pants. In George Hats 4t is too large in the shirt. Hope that helps!.
