Original steampunk fascinator on headband.

This headpiece features store metal mesh, electronic components, capacitors, and other industrial fittings. All rust "antiquing" was done by hand on new material. The piece is affixed to a brown headband with wire. Both hot glue and wire wrapping was used to attach individual components.

This cap is newly created with both vintage and new materials.

Measurements:
One size fits most.
