Let your bag carry your essentials so you're ready for whatever life throws at you. This is the perfect small bag to hold the basics: phone, wallet, keys and more. It's lightweight, with a wristlet strap or full length, adjustable crossbody strap so you can go hands free. And the handmade mudcloth fabric is a showstopper.

My handcrafted bags are made with natural textiles: the authentic mudcloth is a beautiful, textured cotton with a rustic look and feel, handprinted with plant and mud dyes. It's handmade in West Africa where artisans have been perfecting their craft since the 12th century. The bag's lower panel is cut from rich deep black suede, and the strap from a sturdy black leather. Antique brass hardware is strong, beautiful and adds to the boho charm. The inside lining is black cotton canvas, but if you prefer a natural undyed off-white, just send me a message.

Each bag is hand crafted in my store studio in Northern California. All of my pieces are very small batch, limited edition, as these fabrics are one of a kind. Please allow about a week for me to craft your bag and mail it out (free!).

Care instructions:
I have used a stain repellent spray on the fabric to help keep it clean, and I recommend reapplying occasionally. Gently spot clean fabric as needed with cold water & gentle soap, or dry clean.
