Chain mail or hood of unnuided rings, galvanized, Ø 9 mm
This chain mail or hood was made of unneeded rings. The surface of the rings has been galvanized, which is why they offer some protection against rust.
The braiding is 4 in 1.
Available in 4 different sizes!
In the Middle Ages, this chain mail was called the so-called "Hauberk" due to its long sleeves and knee length.
The sleeves are tapered, they became tighter every 5 cm by 1 ring.
For better legroom, the chain mesh was extended in the Middle Ages by frontal or lateral slots. This even made it possible to ride comfortably on horses.
Our Hauberk is basically not slotted, so that you can adjust them individually.
