Made from 100% Real Carbon Fiber 3K Aerospace +45/-45 Biaxial Weave

Don't be fooled by others selling carbon fiber pens, most of them are merely carbon fiber laminate under a plastic sleeve

We first wrap 100% real carbon fiber sleeves around a brass tube they are store then stretched, then a first application of resin to allow outgassing and hardening for at least 24 hours, then cast into resin blocks and another 24 hour wait, after all that they are hand turned on a lathe and several steps of polishing and then assembled, a labor intensive process to get to the end product you see here, I show a piece of the actual carbon fiber sleeve in pictures above we use to make this pen

These are a brilliant shiny Carbon Fiber Weave and glisten under light, they really are stunning and glass smooth and very shiny when seen in person

These use a Parker Style Ballpoint refill, the one that comes inside the pen is a black ink medium ballpoint style

To change out refill you unscrew at the nib (very end cone metal part where the ballpoint protrudes from) and then remove and replace with a new cartridge should you need to change it

They also make parker style gel ink rollerball type refills for parker style ballpoint pens, so even this pen if you so choose, you could buy/install one of those types of refills instead of a ballpoint refill, they are called Parker Quink Gel

These are maintenance free pens however if you choose to clean them just use a damp soapy rag then dry with soft cloth, you can also use a paste wax if you would like on entire pen, we suggest Johnsons Paste Wax for Wood, Plastics etc its very inexpensive for a large can

We start with unprocessed Carbon Fiber and do our own in house processing of all the the blanks we use, we do not simply buy pen sized blanks and make pens from them, the process is quite extensive ,watch My Etsy Shop video to get a better understanding on our process
