Beautiful multicolored art vase in signed blown glass. This spherical vase has a warm amber color that pops beautifully under lighting and is adorned with rippling patterns in shades of gray and white. Bubbles in the "wave troughs" emphasize the undulating lines which give a lot of movement to the pattern. The opening, quite small, is round, without collar. Pontil mark and needle-engraved signature. This vase demonstrates a certain technical mastery of cane glass blowing. Moreover, it is signed by the artist with the needle, but unfortunately in such small characters that I did not manage to decipher this signature (see photo). The first name could be Lise, Line or Luc, but I couldn't decipher the name. This is a very nice art studio piece. Dimensions: Height approx 7". and diameter approx. 7 1/2". Condition/Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No scratches store or abrasions.
