Lot includes box, cartridge, insert, sleeve, foam block and bag. No manual. I'd put the box at acceptable to borderline good condition. Structurally, it is fine, it just has quite a store few scratches and scuffs. The cartridge is excellent, tested and working. Be sure to check out my other nes lots for sale.
