Never used or opened, I bought every version of these portals as a tool for communicating with friends, family & clients during the pandemic in an effort to stay connected more easily. I ended up not needing these two. I enjoy my portal, it's easy to use and connect. You can make video calls, play games, share screens, read along interactive storytime for kids and much more. Portal TV turns your TV into your screen, the smaller picture-frame-sized portal is great to gift to a family member store you want to encourage to call more often. ;-).
