Based on the measurements I would guess a small. Here are the measurements with the pieces flat and taken from one side. Dress: Arm pit to pit 15" store Waist 12.5" Length 48". Top: Shoulder to shoulder 14.5" Arm pit to pit 16.5" Length 16.5". This dress does have some stretch so should fit slightly bigger than actual measurements.
