Red felt, structured Ferrecci top hat, embellished with white store pearls and black bead fringe. There are pearls around the brim where the ribbon sits, as well as around the top edge of the hat. A spray of pearls sits at the middle top, and a floral pearl applique sits just off-center at the back. Perfect for cosplay or a burning man wedding! The pearls, in some of the photos, look a bit yellow. I assure you they are WHITE, although the sequins filling in the petals of the floral applique on top are more of beige color. The hat features a battery powered purply-red light string around the top. It operates in three settings: solid on, flash, and strobe. The controller for the lights is hidden under a flap inside the hat, where it will stay put and not shift around. You can't even feel it's there but you can pull it out to turn the lights on/off, change settings, and/or replace batteries (2 AA, not included). This one-of-a-kind hat fits a head circumference of about 22.5 inches.
