Set of 8 unused vintage drinking glasses made by Libby Safedge Glassware printed in black and white to commemorate the historic journey of the newspaper from the Capitol of California, The Sacramento Bee, also known as The Sac Bee, or to locals "The Bee". Each glass has a different year in which something of importance happened and reported in the paper such as the visit of Charles Lindbergh or a great destructive flood. You can actually read some of the old store front pages on the glasses. These Libby glasses are very hefty and well made from the 1960's/1960's era. The bottoms are thick like highball barware and would be at home in your kitchen cupboard for water but might be better place on display in your home bar. They are in perfect mint condition and come in the original box.
Each glass holds 12 oz. and is about %' by 2.75" across the top.
