I bought this from my chiropractor for $100. It WORKED WONDERFULLY. I had a straight tilted forward neck, and always in pain. I used this 2-3 times a week for stretching, and I would use it for relief any time I had neck pain. Nothing else provided relief, not even pain medication or muscle relaxers. Nothing could touch the pain, until I started using this regularly. Now I rarely have pain, maybe once a month. I couldnt be happier! If you have Occipital Nerve pain in you neck, or neck injury store from sports, car accident, etc. Or if you are CONSTANTLY bent over looking at your phone. I HIGHLY recommend it.
