Exquisite dutch ruffle dress by Jottum! Perfect for holiday, formal, and first communion wear. White cotton with bow detailing. Bodice has lace up cinch in back. Extremely flouncy skirt with netting underneath for added fullness. Side zip closure. Adjustable straps. All cotton. Very good pre-owned condition store showing no wash wear. There are two tiny spots that are well hidden in all the flounce of the dress. Underarms are showing light yellowing. One of the adjustable straps is missing the end button (see last three pictures).
